About Us
Bridge of Hope Aging-In-Place Solutions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to provide the necessary in-home care resources to the senior community that will promote wellness and safety while bridging the financial gap that exists for in-home care services. We will endeavor to subsidize the cost of in-home, nonmedical care for eligible home-bound individuals through community donations, fundraising efforts, and grants.
Our vision is for every home-bound person to receive the care they need to age in place with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Benefits of Bridge of Hope
Most of our clients have lived and owned their homes for years. They are comfortable being in a familiar environment. Aging at home, the clients can keep the individualized routines they are used to. Clients can have their pets and continue working in their gardens, and normal activities can continue daily as usual. Family members can continue visiting as they please, with no visitation hours. The Bridge of Hope difference is that we strive for consistent independent home health aides to deliver services, creating trust and an important bond with clients and families.
