At Bridge of Hope Aging in Place Solutions, we are helping seniors remain home with the care and supplies necessary to prevent hospitalization and placement. Through a network of self-employed caregivers, donated supplies and equipment, and a healthcare inspired “Road Map” for Aging in Place, our organization is doing what is necessary to promote our mission.
Your donation will go to much-needed assessments, case management and supplies as well as training and coordination of self-employed in-home health aides (IHHA) for our clients. In addition, as funds are available, we will subsidize the costs for our most money-insecure clients, to help them pay for the home health aides.
Our program helps employ independent providers (who charge less than the agencies) and helps provide supplies that are increasingly expensive (adult briefs, pads, walkers, shower chairs, etc.). We do not profit off the backs of the caregivers to operate our business. This is a unique service organization, and we would totally appreciate your support.
